PAC WEST Managers

PAC WEST works with customers to identify the scope of work and develop budget and schedules for projects. During construction, the Project Manager monitors progress to ensure that the specified technical services and the resulting fabricated and supplied products are on track to complete the project as desired and on schedule. The Project Manager coordinates with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve the work, and addresses issues to avoid or resolve problems encountered. The most important role of the Project Manager is representing the interests of customers.
